45 Minute Sessions | Packages of 10

As kids begin to mature and begin to move into adolescence their motor skill development is the focus of this class

Age Group 14+

$45 per Session

45+ Minute Sessions | Packages of 10

A more advanced class where kids continue their journey of motor skill and movement patterns development with a focus on good execution that will continue to set the foundation for a life of good health and physical fitness. They are taught the importance of overall health through discussions of the importance of nutrition , rest and recovery and other aspects of physical fitness such as mobility and flexibility.
