About Us


Teaching children the importance of physical activity and the benefits of regular exercise is something that often goes ignored. Often relegated to the back burner of their daily routines. This is not to say that children aren’t out side everyday playing soccer, baseball or other sports . Which is obviously a good thing. But long after those endeavors are over have we helped to foster a love of physical fitness in our children? Have we helped them understand the benefits of exercise and how it will  help them in so many ways later on in life?  Just because those kids aren’t going to play a sport in college or even at a professional level does not mean that they they shouldn’t exercise on a regular basis. Regular exercise started early on in life has shown to have a profound effect on brain development, proprioceptive skills, combating obesity , cardiovascular health , mental acuity and so much more.

How we do it


If your kids are involved in sports and want to improve  their performance in terms of physical preparation I can help them do so. If you want your kids to develop the tools in the gym that will help them lead a better quality of life from a physical standpoint then  I am here for you with every fiber in my body. Giving your children over to a coach who has made a commitment to help your child develop physically is not only and honor , it is a privilege .
